Missouri Mines- 2025 First Day Hikes - 2025 First Day Hikes

Join Missouri Mines State Historic Site staff as we start off the new year with a First Day Hike on the interpretive trail. This easy 1-mile hike will include interpretation of old mining structures and equipment and of area development over time. Event time: 9:00 am Trail Name: Interpretive Trail Meeting Location: Park Office Difficulty: This trail features a mix of surfaces, including gravel and pavement. Portions of the trail have steep slopes. Restrictions: None Length: .5 mile Cost: Free Participants are encouraged to bring water and snacks. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash.
